Special Edition Saturday Run

As the holidays creep towards us, we will be altering our schedule a bit. Here it is:
Saturday Dec 22nd - 7am at Lock 29 with the Vertical Runner group
Monday Dec 24th - 8am from Vertical Runner
Saturday Dec 29th - 7am at Lock 29 with the Vertical Runner group
Monday Dec 31st - 4pm - Great New Years Eve 5K at Stow-Munroe Falls High School
Tuesday Jan 1st - 8am at Boston Store - Annual New Years Day fun run

We will switch back to our normal Sunday morning format after the 1st of the year.

Mogadore Resevoir Run

We only do this once a year. It is a little farther than most of our runs, but it is well worth it. Hope to see many of you their as we run the closed access roads around the resevoir. Here is a link to the map.

November 25th Run

Our annual Panera Bread run is fast approaching. End the Thanksgiving weekend by coming out for this run. We will meet at Panera Bread in Montrose (map) for our 7am run through the Bath / Fairlawn area. Hang around after for warm drinks and good food. Hope to see many of you there.

November 11th Run

We will meet at the Sand Run Parkway parking lot - 1st lot off of Portage Path - for our 7am run. See you then.

November 4th Run

We will meet at the Bolanz Road parking lot and run at 7:00 am sharp. This will be a trail run, hitting the Perkins Trail and maybe O'Neil Woods. Come join the fun! Don't forget about the time change.

Zombie Run

Over 50 runners got together on Sunday to sample the trails in our area. What a nice day to run. Thanks to everyone who participated!
