The frostbite prediction run is this Saturday at Water Works park in Cuyahoga Falls. The run starts at 9am. Get there early to register and submit your prediction.
Sunday we will meet at Sand Run Parkway for our 7am run.

Sunday Jan 27th
Our run will start at Lock 29 in Peninsula. Some of you are running the Buckeye Trail 50K the day before, so we will put together a short loop for everyone to run. Those going longer can just keep looping!

Sun Jan 20th CANCELLED
Due to the anticipated temps, we are going to cancel our Sunday run this week. Saturday options include the Vertical Runner group from Lock 29 @ 7:30am...going 7+ miles, or the more challenging speedy group from Fishers / Winking Lizard....going 14+ @ 7:30am.

Sunday Jan 13th
Sunday Run - We will be meeting at the Kendall Sleding hills / Pine Hollow on Quick road at the restrooms. We will run the Shamrock 15K course and add on at the end for those who want to go farther.
Track workouts - will begin at the Kent State Fieldhouse on January 15th. Vince from Vertical Runner will organize the workouts. The cost is $3 to use the facility. This is a great way to keep your speed sharp during the Winter months.
Car pool - We will have a car pool available for the track workouts. Meet at the Natatorium in Cuyahoga Falls by 5pm. We want to get there before 5:30pm in order to start the workout.
