Shamrock 15K / 5K

The annual Shamrock race is up next. Join us for this hilly race on Sunday!

March 2nd

We will meet at Woodridge High School and run the Shamrock course in reverse. See you there.

Feb 24th

Hopefully the weather will be better than last week. Meet at Sand Run Parkway. See you there.

Feb 17th

We will meet at the Kendall Hills parking lot on Quick Road. Our run will be a reverse Shamrock 15K loop. See you there.

Feb 2nd and 3rd

The frostbite prediction run is this Saturday at Water Works park in Cuyahoga Falls. The run starts at 9am. Get there early to register and submit your prediction.

Sunday we will meet at Sand Run Parkway for our 7am run.

Sunday Jan 27th

Our run will start at Lock 29 in Peninsula. Some of you are running the Buckeye Trail 50K the day before, so we will put together a short loop for everyone to run. Those going longer can just keep looping!

Sun Jan 20th CANCELLED

Due to the anticipated temps, we are going to cancel our Sunday run this week. Saturday options include the Vertical Runner group from Lock 29 @ 7:30am...going 7+ miles, or the more challenging speedy group from Fishers / Winking Lizard....going 14+ @ 7:30am.
